ABOUT THE LESSON: Tinsel, candy cane, bells, stockings, wreaths, presents etc! All of these things are part of a special time of year we love celebrating, CHRISTMAS. Decorating our homes and getting ready for this special time together as a family is a lot of fun. In this lesson we are going all out and making our very own Christmas tree bunting. SUPERSKILLS: Imagination: Is the ability of ones mind to be creative by forming and creating new ideas, images and concepts. In this craft, imagination is stimulated and encouraged as the child gets to decide every step of the way how they want to make their bunting. Using the parameters of the materials they are provided with they get to think creatively, problem solve and be innovative to make something beautiful that the whole family gets to see and enjoy.
