ABOUT THE LESSON: It's time for some ooey, gooey, squishy fun! Today we'll be experimenting with some chemistry in class to create our own monster slime. This is a great craft for teaching children to follow instructions and recipes, and the result is super fun to play with! SUPERSKILLS: Tactile sensory: when stimuli are experienced through touch. This will come into play from start to finish in this craft as making and playing with the slime is all about touch and feel! Learning: in this lesson, the children are learning how to follow specific instructions. Slime is quite tricky to make and needs exact measurements to turn out perfectly. Once their slime is done, they will feel a big sense of accomplishment!
