Color Brain Game

About

ABOUT THE LESSON: This lesson is all about what we SEE. We are going to practice a variety of skills while making a fun game. Research shows that when children play games that involve sight, it helps develop early literacy skills. Sight games help children recognize words, patterns, and objects, which in turn helps develop their memory. SUPERSKILLS: Bilateral Integration: The children will demonstrate great skill in this area when they need to color and paint on an object they are rarely expected to color and paint on. Recognition: The children will have the opportunity to identify and play a color matching game. This allows them to further develop their understanding of colors. They will be able to identify colors well known to them and learn about new colors.
