ABOUT THE LESSON: Close your eyes and think about all the living things around you... plants, animals, and humans! In this lesson, we will learn about the natural environments where living creatures thrive and how they coexist. We call these environments ecosystems. You can find ecosystems everywhere, from a tank inside the aquarium to an oasis in the desert. Your garden is an ecosystem, and so is the river near your home.
