ABOUT THE LESSON: The ocean is filled with so many interesting and beautiful creatures that come in all shapes, sizes, and colors. Stingrays are some of the most mesmerizing marine animals. With their flat bodies and long, spiky tails, they glide gracefully through the water, flapping their fins slowly and gently as they go. In this lesson, we will learn about stingrays and make our own stingrays that can glide gracefully on a string. SUPERSKILLS: Tactile and Sensory Stimulation: In this lesson, the kids will experience sensory stimuli by feeling the softness of the fabric, the hardness of the paper plates, and the squishiness of the plastic bag filled with foamy water.
